The Chakra System

We all share the same anatomy. We all have a skeleton with the same number of bones, the same number of chakras and the acupuncture meridians. The chakras are most familiar with yoga, but you can find them described in many spiritual references.

There are many chakras in the human body, but we deal mainly with seven better known ones. The chakras represent elemental human qualities. Shamans hone these chakras into finely tuned instruments. Each chakra performs a unique function. The chakras each glow with one color each of the rainbow.

The chakras of a newborn child are of pure color, but as we grow older the colors in the charkas become dull. Any type of trauma or loss leave their toxic residues behind in the chakras.

The shamans of the Amazon believe that when you clear all of your chakras you get a “rainbow body.” According to legend, when you attain a rainbow body you can make the journey beyond death to the Spirit world.

Some spiritual traditions, including shamans, recognize the seven chakra with the physical body and two outside the body. The eighth chakra known as the Wiracocha, of “source of the sacred” is located a few inches above our heads and where it is believed by some to be the place where God dwells within us, and the ninth chakra is where we reside within Spirit.

Like I said earlier, the chakras can become dull after any time of trauma, loss or even sickness. Shamans perform Illuminations to clear, cleanse and balance your chakras. I can help you if you would like to have your chakras cleared and balanced. You can contact me at Dragonfly Energy Healing LLC.
